This is much like Option 1 - we still fly roundtrip thru Madrid and take the train to Lisbon, but instead of taking the train back to Madrid, we fly to Seville.
Again, the specific dates are flexible.
So, leave Chicago on Monday 10/14, fly to Madrid, arrive 10/15.
On Saturday 10/19, we take the train to Lisbon, arrive 10/20.
On Tuesday 10/22 we fly to Seville.
On 10/23 we take the train to Valencia.
On 10/24 we take the rain to Barcelona.
On Sunday 10/27 we take the train back to Madrid.
Fly home Monday 10/28, direct to O'Hare on Iberia.
Total cost is $1,840 per person, so similar to option 1. Total travel time is 38 hours, so about 10 hour less than Option 1. Again, we might be able to reduce the cost $100 or so with the right train pass.
